Registration

Registration is OPEN

Virtual Participation:
  • Several meetings are now offering a virtual participation option so that those not able to attend in person will be able to view the presentations, with limited chat features for questions. Virtual registration is currently available for the JSW, TE, OBB and LCLUC meetings. You will see options to register virtually for specific meetings on the meeting registration form. If you registered to attend in person and need to change to virtual participation, you can update this on the meeting registration form. NOTE: Posters will only be presented during in-person poster sessions.

Who can register?
Registration is open to principal investigators, co-investigators, collaborators, stakeholders, and students funded through NASA's Carbon Cycle and Ecosystems focus area programs (Land-Cover and Land-Use Change, Ocean Biology and Biogeochemistry, Terrestrial Ecology, and Biological Diversity), as well as Ecological Conservation and MBON.
 
How do I register?
  • Sign-in to your website account is required. If you do not find your account, please create an account stating your name, organization, email and association with the Carbon Cycle & Ecosystems Program.
  • Select "Registration" on your My Account page.
  • Indicate which meeting(s) you plan to attend. For those meetings offering a virtual option, you will see a specific "virtual" option listed to select.
  • Acknowledge that you have read and will abide by this participant Code of Conduct.
  • Note: At any time, you may change or cancel your registration selections. Follow links on your My Account page.
NCTS Reminder!
  • NASA Civil Servants & Contractors must register by April 6, 2023 in NCTS, even if you are local. JPL Employees must register by the same date in UFO. See details.
