A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at The Hotel under the group name "NASA BEF Team Meeting 2022". The room rate is $159.00 plus tax, per night, which is below the current government per diem. Rooms are available Monday, September 19, through Wednesday night, September 21, 2022.

After this date, rooms and the negotiated rate will be available at the hotel's discretion. We encourage you to contact the hotel as soon as possible to make your reservation. Cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received by The Hotel 24 hours prior to check-in to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax. At check-in, you will have the opportunity to reconfirm your departure date. If you depart prior to that date, you will be assessed a $50.00 charge. The hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. ET and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. ET. If you need additional assistance with reservations, please contact the hotel directly.

Valet-parking is also available at $24.00 for overnight and day guests. Only credit card payments are accepted for parking. Electric car charging stations are available for self-parkers on a first-come, first-served basis. There are six charging stations that are Chargepoint CT4023 models from www.evchargesolutions.com. Please notify the front desk at check-in that you will be charging a vehicle.

A dedicated pick-up curb for Uber and Lyft is located on the ground level outside of Baggage Claim. The area is accessible via doors 2, 4, or 6. - Baltimore Washington International Airport app-based rides with Lyft or Uber are approximately $46 - $55 one way. - Wait to request your ride until after you have claimed your luggage at the baggage claim, or you have arrived on the ground level.
- Ride app drivers should not solicit customers and payment is made through the mobile app.
