Dear FIFE and BOREAS family,

Piers and I would like to thank those of you that traveled from near and far to share science and stories on How FIFE and BOREAS Changed the World. We received many positive comments from attendees saying how great the science part of the presentations were as well as the war stories. We have to agree fully with those sentiments as both Piers and I learned a lot from your presentations.

We couldn¹t have done it without the help from the NASA Carbon Cycle and Ecosystems Office (Carla Evans, Jessica Bussard, Amy Hodkinson, Leanne Kendig, David Stroud), Julie Welch (GST), Jeff Masik (NASA GSFC Biospheric Sciences Lab) and our sponsors for the reunion dinner, Science Systems and Applications, Inc. and Global Science & Technology, Inc.

For those of you that could not attend, presentations are posted on the website linked to the agenda; video recordings of the speakers will be posted on the website in the next couple of weeks.

I will write a summary of our event with Alan Ward to be published in an upcoming newsletter called The Earth Observer.

Carla is also collecting photographs that were taken at the reunion to post on the website. Please send to carla.evans@nasa.gov with the name of the photographer, names of folks in the photos, and any other comment that you would like to add.
