Getting Started with NASA Research Opportunities

NSPIRES is the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System. This web-based system supports the entire lifecycle of NASA research solicitations and awards, from the release of solicitation announcements (NASA Research Announcement—NRA and other opportunities) through the peer review and selection process, to awards management and publication of research results. In order to create and submit a proposal to NASA, you and your institution must be registered with NSPIRES. See the NSPIRES website http://nspires.nasaprs.com/ for more details.

NASA Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) is a NASA Research Announcement (NRA) that solicits proposals for supporting basic and applied research and technology across a broad range of Earth and space science program elements.

ROSES lists the research opportunities in a Table for each year. The Earth Science Research Program Elements are in appendix A. Click on the Program title to view:
