Poster Session

A poster session will be held for the duration of the BEF meeting.  If you would like to participate, please indicate as such and include your poster title when you register.  Presenters will be notified of their acceptance by Wednesday, April 27.   Posters are limited in number and are on a first come, first serve basis.  

Dimensions for posters are 4 feet by 4 feet and may be set-up on Wednesday, May 4 starting at 1 p.m.  All posters must be taken down by Friday, May 6, no later than 4 p.m.
