ADDITIONAL LODGING DETAILS
- The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received by The Hotel 24 hours prior to check-in time to avoid a charge equal to one night's room rate and applicable taxes.
- At check-in, each guest will have the opportunity to reconfirm his/her departure date. Any guest departing prior to that date will be charged $50.00. The charge will be posted to the guest's individual account.
- The hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST and the check-out time is 12:00 p.m. EST.

PARKING AT THE HOTEL
The Hotel offers self-parking at the hotel for daily meeting attendees and overnight guests. Parking at The Hotel for Biosphere Meeting attendees is discounted at $14.00 per night for overnight guests and $10.00 per day for daily meeting attendees.

The closest metro station is the College Park Metro on the Green Line, which is less than one mile from The Hotel. Car sharing and Metrobus transportation are available at the station.
