A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved exclusively for this group at the College Park Marriott under the group name “NASA Carbon Cycle”.  The block begins Sunday April 19, and ends Friday, April 24, 2015.  The rate is currently $224.00 a night plus applicable taxes which is the prevailing government per diem for the Washington, DC area. 

This block has been extended until April 1, 2015, 5:00 p.m. EST or until it is full. After this, rooms and the negotiated rate will be available at the hotel’s discretion.  We encourage you to call as soon as possible to make your reservation. 

You may make a reservation as follows:

• Utilize the link NASA Carbon Cycle Reservation link to make a reservation online.
• Contact the hotel directly at 301-985-7300 to make a reservation. After this, rooms and the negotiated rate will be available at the hotel’s discretion. 

You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any departures after 11:00 a.m. are subject to the full day charge.

There is a restaurant on site that will be open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and coffee breaks. Also, food trucks will be stationed at the Conference Center during lunch for individuals to purchase food.
