Abstracts and Presentations

Plenary Talk Guidelines

The plenary sessions will feature presentations selected by the meeting committee from the abstracts submitted under the identified sessions.

Timing

  1. Presenters will have 7 minutes, followed by a group discussion after all talks in the session conclude.
  2. Stakeholder panelists will have 5 min talks, followed by a panel discussion.

Format

  1. Talks will be live (pdf or ppt)
  2. A member of our team will share and advance the slides for you.
  3. Presentation files should be uploaded to the meeting website no later than June 8, 2021 using the links under My Account.
  4. Uploaded talks will be displayed on the public agenda.
Poster Guidelines

We will have parallel Poster Sessions each day, where a small group of posters will be scheduled together for discussion. During your scheduled session, you will have the opportunity to discuss and answer questions about your poster slide-set.

  1. Please create a PDF of max 6 slides, with the first slide serving as an overview slide [Example]
  2. Parallel Poster sessions schedule can be found on the agenda.
  3. Slide sharing is left to the discretion of each parallel session moderator. The moderator may choose to share and advance the slides for you, or let you share and advance them yourself.
  4. PDF files should be uploaded to the meeting website no later than June 8, 2021 using the links under My Account.
  5. Uploaded posters will be displayed on the public agenda.
Poster and talk abstracts were solicited for the following sessions:
  • Results from current missions
  • Results expected from future missions
  • Retrieval algorithms and methods for inter-instrument and product Cal/Val
  • Uncertainty quantification and bias correction techniques
  • Observations to quantify hot spots and local/urban emissions
  • Flux estimates and atmospheric inversions from space-based GHG measurements
  • Towards an international space-based GHG emission monitoring system
  • Stakeholder needs and engagement for the Global Stocktake
