Abstract:
The primary goal of the effort is to provide the infrastructure support required to efficiently validate global land products – with the ultimate objective of understanding the variability in land-related Climate Data Records (CDR). It leverages the MODIS land validation system that has been developed and improved incrementally over the past seven years, and currently serves a large user community that extends well beyond the EOS validation scientists.
